Request Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. We offer several ways to do this:

Option 1: Self-Service (Recommended)

Log into your Kotoh account at kotoh.ai
Go to Settings
Click Disconnect Facebook to remove Facebook integration data
Contact us to request full account deletion

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@kotoh.ai with:

Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
Your account username or email
Specify what data you want deleted (Facebook data, full account, etc.)

Option 3: Facebook Settings

You can also revoke Kotoh's access directly from Facebook:

Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
Find "Kotoh" and click Remove
This revokes our access to your Facebook data

What Data We Delete

Upon a deletion request, we will delete:

Facebook Integration Data: Access tokens, ad account IDs, synced performance data
Account Data: Login credentials, preferences, settings
Generated Content: AI-generated ad creatives and copy
Usage Data: Activity logs, feedback history

Data Retention After Deletion

After processing your deletion request:

Most data is deleted within 30 days
Backup systems may retain data for up to 90 days before automatic purging
We may retain minimal data required for legal compliance or fraud prevention

Confirmation

After we process your deletion request, we will send you a confirmation email. If you don't receive confirmation within 14 days, please contact us again at privacy@kotoh.ai.
